Shampoo for frizzy hair (I know - v dull!)

I have very frizzy hair. It used to be brunette but now has highlights to cover up the grey. I see to use Bamboo shampoo and conditioner which I bought from the hairdressers but it was just too expensive. Every shampoo I try now doesn’t feel like it’s properly cleaning my hair IYSWIM - it still feels slightly greasy after rinsing.

Any recommendations for shampoo for coloured frizzy hair that won’t break the bank? Smile

Is your hair frizzy or is it curly? Have you tried the curly girl method? That might be able to smooth your frizz (by actually not using shampoo at all!)

It's slightly wavy, but just generally frizzy - if I leave it to dry on its own, it just turns into a big ball of frizz. Generally I just dry it and then straighten it.

Just googled the Curly Girl Method - my hair is definitely not curly Grin.

Have you tried John Frieda frizz ease? You apply it after you've washed and conditioned your hair. It's amazing for frizzy hair.

I thought my hair was wavy but super frizzy, until I stopped brushing it and scrubbing it with a normal towel; now I have ringlets. You might be a secret Curly Girl like me!

Tiny bit of coconut oil combed through wet hair makes the world of difference to my frizz. Or buy it in spray form

Redken Mega All Soft is what you need. I have the frizziest hair in humanity and nothing you can buy in Boots does the trick (including Frizz Ease). Redken products are excellent (there is also one called Frizz Dismiss but I prefer All Soft).
