I'm 31. The skin under my eyes is so thin and lost all elasticity

Nothing really makes a huge difference. And I'm someone who uses everything Grin

Keep hydrated and maybe something with hyaluronic acid as it attracts water from the atmosphere so keeps things plump.

You look fine though so don't worry.

Anti aging in no particular order, though retinol is most proven - retinol, vitamin C, peptides, acids, niacinamide. Not sure about vitamin c and acids so near your eyes though. Hydration and moisturiser. Superdrug do a cheap hydrating serum. Pure or something. Vichy mineral 89 is the more expensive version. Deciem do two products I hear reasonable things about. SubQ eyes and I can't remember the other one but it's under their Niod brand. La Roche Posay do a retinol eye cream. Some people think eye cream is a rip off as the skin around your eyes is no different from the rest of your face. Garden of Wisdom for vitamin C.

You might also find applying layers of hydrating toner helps. If you Google seven skins you'll get a lot of names.

Use a very gentle cleanser, oil based to take off make up, then something to take off the oil. Simple so something inexpensive. Cerave hydrating cleanser seems fine to me.

Most importantly SPF of at least 30 every day. The only thing my eyes tolerate is la roche-posay sensitive eyes and bare minerals prep step, though the latter is so runny I wonder if it's providing sufficient protection.

Cerave do a face moisturiser with niacinamide in it and I use that around my eyes no problem.

I've also used rosehip oil around my eyes no problem.

The ordinary do some peptide serums.

Beautiful smiley eyes. To me they look fine. And happy. But to prevent further lines:
Keep the skin moisturized (this isn’t anti-ageing but will temporarily plump the skin)
Don’t smoke
SPF/sunglasses
Botox, but this will take away your expression to at least some degree.
Retin A or a retinoids if some kind this they are very hard to use that close to the eye.

Truthfully only Botox (possibly filler too for some people) will make a difference, good makeup and skincare can only go so far. You can make the area look slightly more plump with good products but it won’t be a drastic difference.

Others have given really good advice.

I would start using a decent eye cream every morning and evening. You can actually buy line filler eye serums too (eg Kiehl’s). Don’t be afraid of layering two products under the eye for more of a boost. Use sunscreen too.

With makeup, find a concealer that suits you ie doesn’t crease in your fine lines. You may need to experiment with primers, loose powders and powder compacts to find the best combination that lasts throughout the day.
