Help! I don't want a midi dress....

Trying to look for a summer dress that I can wear for everyday/casual also on holiday type of dress. I normally like Boden or white stuff or Hush. I know it's in fashion but everything is 'midi'. I just feel old and frumpy when I have tried them on. Boden dresses this year make me look pregnant as the waist is so high! Work wear yes, below the knee, but in the summer and holidays I want to get my legs out. Last year everything was too short 🙄 I am 5'10, 39. Any ideas where I can shop?

I have this one from Boden. It is above my knees in long and I'm 5' 7".www.boden.co.uk/en-gb/melinda-jersey-dress/sty-j0185?cat=C2_S2_G4

No problems with the waist

Ah this the one I ordered and found the waist too high. Gorgeous dress. Maybe I just have a long body Hmm It makes my bum look saggy as it's not in the right part of the dress if you see what I mean! The search continues

There are loads on ASOS in the 'tall' range OP, maybe order as many as you can for try-on purposes and then return what doesn't suit

I have never bought anything from ASOS, some nice things on there. Is their own clothing any good? They obviously sell other well known brands too.

I've never had any problems with their own brand clothes. Hope you find something you like!
