Can I fade overly dark dyed eyebrows?

I’ve just had them done and they’re so dark and I’m blonde. Is there a way to fade them? Toothbrush and Jolene?! Help!

Jolene turned mine ginger... But they were quite dark to start with.

Mine are blonde to start with.

I wouldn't use that bleach stuff, I think they'll go ginger

I would try a make up remover and give them a good scrub, I do this when I have had mine done one the first day and they're a bit to dark, they usually fade pretty quick though anyway

Whoopstheregomyinsides · 03/05/2019 15:12

Worth s go? Or try head hair dye?

Cleanser or fairy liquid, they'll fade from the first wash.

This happens to me nearly every time. They just don't seem to be able to get the right colour. I've never tried to lighten them but do find they start to fade quite quickly

Exfoliate & give them a good scrub at the same time, that should fade the colour a bit.

Spread some selsun blue on your eyebrows. Leave for five minutes. Rinse and repeat until you achieve your desired shade.

Also works if you've accidentally dyed your hair too dark.

Baby wipes and Vaseline

Once you do your makeup they will look less prominent, particularly if you define your eyes quite well. They always look too dark at first, I feel like Alistair Darling for the first couple of days.

They fade so quickly I wouldn't worry about it, in a couple of weeks they will be prefect, then a couple of weeks you will need to do it again!

Head and shoulders fades hair dye so maybe that’ll work??

MayFayner · 03/05/2019 18:15

Washing up liquid or shampoo.

Shutupanddance1 · 03/05/2019 19:08

I used nail polish remover recently on my caterpillars and it worked Smile

Oil cleanse first, giving a good massage into the brows. Then use Exfoliating acids like the glycolic nip & fab pads. Rub over and leave the pads on for a bit. Don’t rinse the acid off. The dye’ll fade in 24hrs or so.

Whoopstheregomyinsides · 03/05/2019 21:03

Oil cleanser I have. Also acid toner. Will report back

Head and shoulders shampoo lightened my dds. She left it on a bit.

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 03/05/2019 21:56

Pixi Glow tonic or similar will do the trick.

Whoopstheregomyinsides · 04/05/2019 07:54

Oil cleansed and scrubbed and I’m not as terrified this morning but it might be I’m just more used to them!
