Dress me for Disneyland Paris!

Hello,

I'm visiting Disneyland Paris for the first time in the half term later this month. We'll be doing 2 non-consecutive days during a week-long stay in France.

I really need some ideas of what to wear during our days at Disneyland, I'd like to look well put together but be comfortable obviously!

I'm 5'6" and a size 18-20 currently with big boobs. Picture attached for idea of my shape.

I have Converse (magenta), black Adidas Samba, white Adidas Samba and my running Asics for footwear.

Budget is around £150 to cover both days. Can anyone help?

if you want a disney themed outfit then:

top top2 with black leggings and your black adidas

if not then try

these trousers with this top. you could make this disney themed by popping on a pair of ears Grin

have a great time!

Primary have a tonne of Disney themed stuff all sizes and cute Plus they have bags etc

madeyemoodysmum · 01/05/2019 18:52

Primark!!!

Fuzzysocksies · 01/05/2019 19:11

Depending on how ‘disney’ you want to go, a long full skirt and blouse/tshirt will look elegant and fit in well with the aesthetic of the parks. Paired with converse for comfort!

I went a few years back and my advice would be to be comfortable. I’m a different size/shape to you, not blessed with boobs 😢. but I’m very into my hush amie joggers (available in leopard print!!) and harems at the mo. Wear with funky Ts and shorter length jumpers and trainers obvs (hidden trainer socks are key). For £150 I’d buy one pair of bottoms and two tops from hush

I haven’t read your post as wanting to be Disney!

However I can recommend the Minnie Mouse ear headbands from primark. They are fab and inexpensive.

I would go for understated casual/chic

Slim leg joggers- hush or next
Cami vest in a pale colour- anywhere!
Linen loose shirt in pale blue stripe- gap or M and S
Long line cardigan in grey or navy that can be rolled to nothing and slung in a back pack- hush
White trainers
Sunglasses
Suncream
Understated jewellery
Slim line backpack. Nike have a really nice one for about £35 now.

Take Evian face spray for when you get hot

Im pretty sure hush don't go up to a size 18 -20.

Go for navy blue over black, it's more Parisian chic. Something long sleaved to keep the sun off, but that can be chucked into a bag if you want some.

The comfiest shoes you own. A nice sunhat.

Atalune · 01/05/2019 20:26

I wouldn’t wear a sun hat in Disney, a baseball cap though maybe easy to get on/off and shove in a bag.

Thank you so much! Some things I hadn't considered. I'll be back with my spoils ☺️

My recommendation is to take some warm clothes. Northern France can be pretty chilly if the wind is in the wrong direction.
And comfy shoes - there's lots of queuing

gubbsywubbsy · 02/05/2019 17:12

I don't think Op wants Disney clothes does she ? More stylish clothes that are comfy for a theme park ??

loochery · 02/05/2019 17:44

@gubbsywubbsy I'm not adverse to a Disney-themed accessory, but yes, more along the lines of style and comfort. I'm being vain and thinking of the snap-happy people I'm going with and the amount of photos I'll be in!
