Oil cleanser

I do a double cleanse routine with an oil cleanser first and then a regular hit cloth after (currently using Liz Earle).

Can anyone recommend a good oil cleanser? Not too expensive and without a string smell? The one I currently have is a bright yellow colour and smells of toilet cleaner - I hate it, but it was the only one they had in boots all when I went to buy it a couple of months ago...

The Simple one is Simple Hydrating Cleansing Oil. It's £3.39 at Superdrug or £6.99 at Boots, which is quite a difference!

I use rice bran oil too , actually that's been really good. Cheap.

Oh mine is quite an old bottle as I tried other things in the interim - maybe it's been discontinued? Sad

I've ordered the Simple one. Can't beat that price! If I don't like it I'll try the DHC next.

Thanks all.

I use Burt's Bees oil cleanser- it's often on offer at around £10. Lasts ages and smells lovely.

I used the Origins one for a while and it was lovely but I can't really justify the cost difference.

I use Clinique take the day off cleansing oil, I fully appreciate that it's not inexpensive at around £22, but a bottle lasts for absolutely ages. It's unperfumed and makes light work of removing make up.

Thanks for starting this thread OP, I was wondering exactly the same thing! Are any oil cleansers suitable for very sensitive/rosacea type skin?

Just started using pure jojoba oil and it's lovely.
