Facial skin tightening

Hi All

Does anyone have experience of facial skin 'tightening'? I've been looking into derma rollers, lasering, and deep heat treatments and it's all getting a bit confused (well, I am!).

For context, I'm 49 and my skin could just do with 'hoiking up' a bit, especially around eyes & jowls, but I'm not sure I'm ready for a thread lift or more just yet!

Dermo rollers and Hyaluronic Acid are supposed to be the way to go, I have a few friends who rave about them (but also have Botox so it's hard to see what's making the difference!)

Get watching trinny and Nadine baggot. They cover all this stuff. Nadine is about to review radio frequency too for skin tightening. Dermarolling/microneedling is recommended. Fillers of course is another option - cheek and jawline addresses the dreaded jowls!

I wouldnt waste money on radio frequency ,i have tried 2 different types, complete waste of money,
I dont think any skin creams will do it either,
Ultherapy is advertised as skin tightening ,but also heard bad reviews and damage done by it
Have a look at the "Real self" website lots of examples on there of all cosmetic treatments , surgical and non surgical

Nadine baggot is about to review radio frequency. She's also just said that she's had ultheraphy and it's made things worse.
