Hello,

I want to just get a simple pinkish eyeshadow, like a roll on type thing but so many brands. Anyone recommend any?

Bobbi Brown does a nice pink - pink sparkle. I use it on the inner lid or all over but with a golden brown or purple on the rest.

If you want cheaper then Bodyshop.

@Deathraystare thanks for this, I was thinking something pinkier as I'm very dark skinned. Maybe a visit to MAC might be due....

Try Kiko Milano.

I use the Rosie by autograph (M&S) in feline fox which is like a bronze metallic- literally just roll it on and blend out with a brush- so simple but looks lovely!

Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks are really creamy and have some really pretty pink shades

Really like the Revlon creme eyeshadows in a pot. They last forever and my eyes are sensitive AF! Great colors as well!

I love the Stilla rose one, creamy and shiny, easy to blend

I definitely recommend eyeshadow sticks over pots as they are quicker and easier to use and far easier to get at the product when they're running out. They vary a lot in quality. By Terry, Beauty Pie, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown and Rosie for Autograph are excellent. Kiko and Eyeko are good.

Eesha - how dark skinned are you? I find some of the eyeshadow sticks too light on my dark skin or just look shimmery without the colour showing! I do have one Kiko one though which is coral/peachy colour that does show up and looks pretty

@MooMinCow I'm very dark skinned, South Asian colouring and it's exactly as you described, just feels too light on me, though I often think I'm just doing it wrong.

I think they’re good for a wash of colour or as a base (you could always dust some darker pink powder eyeshadow over it) but you’ll never get the true colour payoff on darker skin unless you pick a very strong/deep colour to begin with.

I find the shades very same-y across most mainstream brands so you might find something in a more makeup artist type brand like MAC etc?
