Cellulite and stretch marks - help!

In a couple of weeks I will be 35 weeks pregnant and have to wear a swimming costume with a bunch of family and friends. I know I'm being shallow and petty because it took me a long time to get pregnant, and I'm so so happy to be having this baby, but I'm really miserable with how I look! I've got loads of red new stretch marks at the tops of my thighs and under my bum, and I've also got lots of cellulite there too. What do I do? Will fake tan help or will it make it more obvious?
Without going into detail and making this post a mile long, these people aren't always very nice and have actually been really negative about my pregnancy, so I don't want to give them any more ammo Sad please don't tell me not to go, it's not an option as I've already paid and will just cause more drama!
TLDR: what to do about all my cellulite and stretch marks in a swimming costume??

I suppose you could try Dermacoll, which is waterproof, and is meant to cover all kinds of scars - tattoos even!

And stop giving these people headspace!! Anyone who is negative about a much wanted pregnancy really isn't worth the emotional energy. If anyone were to be nasty enough to say anything to your face then try a bright "And...?" with a big smile - and wait for them to dig themselves a deep hole.

Stretch marks fade. But you will have a baby. Congratulations by the way Flowers

Thanks, I'll have a look at that!
I know you're right about them, and normally I can handle their crazy, but I'm a big bag of hormones right now and I'm worried that if they say anything I'll just cry!

Are swim shorts or a swim skirt an option, so you feel less exposed?

Pick I thought that too but I tried one on and think they actually make me look even bigger... I wondered about going the other way and wearing a bikini as my tummy is looking nice so far, but I think that would be a lot of skin??
