My skin needs help.

I've just turned 30 and have no skincare routine. I wash my face with imperial leather soap and that's it. I wear makeup occasionally usually bb cream and then mascara and blusher.
I've noticed a few wrinkles creeping in under my eyes and my skin generally looking dull. No spots really.
I am on a very tight budget and very time restricted. What simple things could I do to improve the look of my face that won't cost a lot or take up too much time?

I'd suggest you go for own brands like Boots or Superdrug , then Garnier.

You should cleanse with maybe a lotion for your skin type, or a balm which you apply then wash off with a flannel rung out in warm water- this will also exfoliate your skin.

Both the above should cost no more than about a fiver.

You could also use micellar water to remove make up and generally cleanse. A big bottle is £5.

Do the above morning and night and STOP using scented soap- it will dry your skin.

You need a moisturiser - no need to spend silly money- look at Boots No 7, own ranges, Olay, L'oreal, Garnier.

Apply morning and night .

I don't think eye creams are necessary because most moisturisers will do the work the same, but someone will come along and say use a product wit retinol in it.

One piece of advice- use sunscreen daily, even when it's cloudy. Get a moisturiser or a separate cream with at least spf30, this is the best you can do to avoid sun spots, wrinkles, coarse skin and sagging in 20 years' time.

Thanks. I'll have a look. Hopefully won't cost too much then.
