Gentle cleanser for teenage skin

DD13 hasn't developed spots but I have noticed her hair and skin are getting oilier so I think they may be on the way. She also has blocked pores around her nose and tiny bumps under the skin on her chin. Any suggestions for a decent reasonably priced (ie not Dermalogica/Liz Earle) cleanser that will help rather than make the problem worse? She uses minimal makeup (BB cream) and takes it off with micellar water, and occasionally uses clay masks for her nose, but I think she needs a new routine. My skin has always been dry and reactive so I don't feel qualified to advise! Thanks.

Green People (I think) OY range or Amie. There's a new one called Spots and Stripes www.spots-and-stripes.com which sounds good but expensive

La Roche effaclar is really good. You can get it from Boots. But if she does develop bad spots, don’t waste your money on expensive beauty potions - first try something like acnecide, and if that doesn’t work, take her to the GP.

My teens use Johnsons Clean and Clear for sensitive skin (not the exfoliant one which is too harsh.) It really works for them.
The best shampoo seems to be Head and shoulders Apple scented 2 in 1 which gets rid of the grease without stripping the hair of oils. Smells good and give limp hair some bounce.

My teenage daughters both love effaclar and also Olay hydrating face wash.
Serozinc toning spray by LRP is also worth looking at

DD uses my No 7 hot cloth cleanser which is gentle and for all skin types. Her skin has improved no end since she started using it. I think the exfoliating nature of the muslin cloth is really useful.

Effaclar and the equivalent Avene one were much too harsh seemed to cause more problems than they solved.
