I need a beauty regime!

Good evening,
My beauty regime consists of baby wipes at the moment, which I know is awful!
I have very dry and very oily skin, that breaks out if I go near a moisturiser. I don’t wear any face make up.
Does anyone have any advice or am I a lost cause? I’ll be 40 next year and I can see a few fine lines starting to appear.
I have a £70 voucher for a local department store that’s burning a hole in my pocket.

Watch @drsambunting on YouTube

Personally I would get the Clinique moisture surge Moisturizer & a good cleanser to start you off ( must be none foaming, SLS and fragrance free ) so ideally something from dermologica !

I wouldn't normally recommend those brands - my personal preference is La Roche Posay but you have the voucher

Thanks name. Can you only get La Roche Posay from their website/shop?
I’ve tried the yellow Clinique moisturiser before but didn’t get on with it. Maybe the moisture surge would be better.

Dermalogica

From a department store I would use:

AM
Clarins Pure Melt cleansing gel with murula (non foaming)
Clinique moisture surge spray
Clinique hydrating jelly with the blue cartridge (morning moisturiser)

PM
Clinique Take the Day Off balm cleanser (use with a flannel, the Christy and Sheridan ones are the best)
Clinique moisture surge spray
Elemis Superfood night cream

Weekly masks - any clay one in a tube (try Superfacilist) for oily areas and spots and Origins Drink Up for dry areas

Elemis = no real actives and full of fragrance ££££

You can get LRP in boots and it's often on 3 for 2 .

It's also in feel unique and look fantastic ! Lots of good sets from them too

If your voucher is for Boots then there is "Indeed Labs"

It’s for Fenwicks. I think they have a list of brands so will check that out. Thanks!
