Best at home teeth whitening, which won't wreck my teeth

I'm not a smoker or (much of) a red wine drinker, but my teeth are not a particularly pleasant colour.

Whitening tooth paste hasn't done anything, so looking for the next step. I'm worried about the strips you can buy from eBay or Amazon, which seem to be really bad for your teeth.

Can anyone recommend a safe and very effective home treatment?

Thanks!

Your dentist will have a kit that you’re able to do at home- I’m the same I wouldn’t necessarily buy of eBay etc. As you simply don’t know.

I’ve used crest strips before and there’s a reason they’re not sold in the U.K. as they’re intense to say the least.

The brand blanx gets good reviews for a toothpaste for maintenance and also charcoal too.

Polanite or poladay. I spent a fortune having my teeth whitened after orthodontic treatment. This is what they used, I was a tad pissed off when I discovered you could buy it online! Thrilled with the results though.

I was coming on to post the same! I've used eucryl powder in the past (cheap as chips from superdrug etc) but too much coffee has taken its toll. I'm a bit nervous of the gels!
