My second Philips Sonicare has died on me. The brush head won’t move.

Do I want another Sonicare (advantage is DH also has one so we swap chargers etc but the one I’m looking at looks an updated model so might not be compatible)

OR an Oral B 9000 - there seems to be 2 models of this on amazon 3D white and just crossaction but Boots just seems to have 1 model.

Any suggestions??

I have a Sonicare and charge it only once every 3 weeks. You will already know this but brush heads are ridiculously expensive - I by no brand copies that work just as well.
My OH has an Oral B no sure of model (7000 or something, one year old) which he needs to charge every 3-4 days. But replacement Oral B heads are always on offer somewhere.

Any Bluetooth capabilities are a waste of money so don't let this draw you in.

A dental hygienist told me that the mid range electric toothbrushes with no fancy gimmicks are just as good at brushing your teeth so you really don't need to spend loads on one!

And electric toothbrushes are always on offer on Amazon.

The price difference between the same toothbrush on Amazon and boots is about €100 which is crazy!!!
