Best eye creams? No bags, just shadows and slightly crepey upper lids

I use Clinique 3 step but just noticed my upper lids are crepeySad I'm 42. Should I be using eye cream and if so which one? No bags, just shadows/hollows. I wear sunglasses daily even in winter to protect them.

I’ve just started using Avene, the ‘reviving’ one, about £15. It’s the first eye cream I’ve ever tried that doesn’t irritate my eyes. I don’t think it will do miracles but the skin around my eyes looks more hydrated and smooth and feels very comfortable so I am very pleased with it. I’m your age and getting crows’ feet. If your eyes aren’t too sensitive I’d try and find something with more active ingredients - I will watch with interest to see if anyone recommends anything!

I also have this but strangely more on one eye than the other. Wonder also about a cream, but am considering possibly an eye lift in future as my mum has this badly- eyelids overhanging also and it gives a kind of hangdog, sad expression. :-(

I find alpha h liquid gold serum and moisturisers really good for creppy skin .I am 42 also ,I dont use eyecreams as I think they are a waste of money but I do use the moisturiser on my hands which are starting to show their age and can see a difference .It does have an eyecream in the range though if you wanted to try it..
