Can anyone recommend a nice gentle soap bar please?

Hair all gone due to chemo and seems a nicer option.

Nothing from lush as I can't shop there and don't mind something online.

Thanks Smile

I haven't tried these (but I'm hoping someone comes on and says they have so I'm piggybacking your thread Wink )

Superdrugs have shampoo and conditioner bars in tins by Hair O
There are three choices , £8.99 each

(I have a huge stash of shampoo to work through before I buy more)

I bought some from amazon from a company called phogary. The bars are smaller than expected, but the jasmine one is lovely. Haven't tried the honey bar yet. Get lots of lather and rinses away easily. Just need to find something to store them in.

I bought one from the Friendly Soap company. It's made my scalp itchy, not sure I'd recommend as nicer for your skin. No plastic though.

The secret to the shampoo bars is not to over apply. They work better if you rub onto your hands and run your hands through your hair.
If you rub the bar you'll be forever rinsing , it can make the hair feel 'coated'

@70isaLimitNotaTarget I don't have any hair currently due to chemo so wanted something gentle for my baldy napper Grin

What about something like Aveeno?
My DD used the cream when she had a really painful splitting red area on her face ( we were on our way to the shops and I had to buy her something as an emergency. Her skin was actually bleeding , poor soul )
You could try the wash - It's not a bar though , DD likes the Apricot yogurt one (though I think the Colloidal Oat ones are more beneficial for very sensitive skins)

Friendly Soap company bars for me every time.
Love the Shea butter face soap too- like Liz Earle in bar form
