I've done Body Combat and probably would continue doing it only they don't have a class at time that suits me, it is very fast but a good workout.

tsk< at long trews only being for beginners, maybe it's the Scottish weather but very rarely do you see even the instructors in anything other than long trews at my venue. I have been going for 7 years and still wear long trews.

MrsS do you wear your gear to the gym?

i take mine, get changed, finish and shower, then get changed again into original clothing (with clean pants)

I am sorely tempted though. Stand on one of those for 10 mins 3 times a week and that's it? Does it just wobble the flab away? Can you wobble yourself to fitness?

Yes I do wear my gear to the gym (Council facilities a bit grotty, but instructors are fab, fab, fab) then I generally come home for a shower as I have to get DS2 from nursery and there is generally not enought time, however I am still sat here today in my aerobics gear and I better go to the shower now or I'll be at the School in the same state and nobody will want to stand anywhere near me, let alone talk to me.

Cod, I think swimming is boring too.

MrsSpoon · 22/06/2007 14:35

By "Council facilities a bit grotty", I mean there is no pleasure or pampering factor in using their changing areas, they are clean enough but very basic.

nailpolish · 22/06/2007 15:09

i used to come home and shower but dh said i should use the ones at the gym and save us money on heating another load of water

skinflint!
