Style advice for very straight hair.

I'm mid-forties and after growing out a very bad cut I find myself with hair that it's the longest it's been in over a decade. It's also quite a bit thinner than it was in my thirties.
It's awful and does nothing for me but I am so indecisive that I keep tying in a ponytail and forgetting about it.
When I say straight I mean poker straight. No texture at all.
Can anyone suggested maybe mid-length styles that might work?
I have a round face and wear glasses.
Thanks.

Should have mentioned I am not adept with styling tools or products so don't want anything that will require much styling.

Do you like it long? If it’s very straight and fine I’d be tempted to go for something like this

I like that length but it is tending towards being wiry these days due to greying so I don't think it would ever look as groomed.

Is it coloured?? Adding some different colors through woukd add texture. X

I'm naturally dark brunette and I just stick to a similar shade. I've thought about colour but the one time I tried I ended up with some very orangey toned highlights. I wasn't a fan.

How about a fringe and long layers at the front (Dakota Johnson style) I used to have mine like that but now it's coloured my hair has more body

fringe
I have been thinking about a fringe. I like this.

Your hair sounds similar to mine. Totally straight. I find anything shorter than bottom of shoulder blade length makes it look lank, then I need either a fringe or layers around the front. If I shove it up out of the way I go with a twisty messy bun rather than a ponytail. A short cut also looks fine with work and product but TBH I really can't be bothered with that and the endless haircuts.
