hair accessories for baby girls?

Hi

I've the privilege of having a baby girl with loads of hair - just wondering where I can find some wee little clips or soft hair bands for her.

I've checked Mothercare & Next - no luck. I don't want to use hard metal clips as her head is naturally still delicate ...

TIA!

if it's not in her eyes leave well alone

but I want to keep it off her face - and occasionally just dress her up a bit - come on don't be such a spoil sport...

if you're desperate try the Scunci ones I linked to
but personally I'd save my energy for when she's five or six and demanding intricate plaited dos with just the right ribbons / clips etc every morning before school

I would be cautious of any hair accessory in a young baby - risk of choking

I got dd's hair cut at 6 weeks as it was in her eyes, I personally wouldn't faff about trying to put it up.

I agree anything you could possibly put in her hair would be a choking hazard at this age.

Caroline - I think it is quite normal and healthy to have strong feelings about small children's grooming and appearance. What they choose to do later is of course up to them.

Top pet hates for me are fringes and pierced ears on small girls. And tatoos on small boys.

I rather go for pierced ears on teenage girls and upwards.
