Disguising spider veins for a non make-up wearer?

I have awful cheeks, full of spider veins. Although mostly due to my own past lifestyle and lack of care, I also think it's a bit genetic as my mum's skin was pretty much the same.
I don't wear much make up, certainly not actual foundation, on a weekday.
I'm coming out the other side of a couple of horrible years and am trying to put myself back to rights at the age of 52. I'm getting there wardrobe-wise, the hair is coming along, but what can I do that might help disguise these awful cheeks without resorting to heavy foundation.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

I have been using Skin Doctor Vein Away cream for a few weeks, and there seems to be some improvement, as I feel more confident without make up.
A good, gentle skincare regime could help, if this is something that you're not doing already: for me, that's Liz Earle.
If the veins are really bad, you might want to look into professional cosmetic treatment, eg electrolysis.

There are a few salons in my area offering treatment for spider veins via Groupon, which helps keep down the price. Maybe it's something you could look into.

I believe it's far less painful than it used to be when I had it done 20+ years ago. It used to hurt like hell!

Paula's Choice does a good skincare set for Rosacea that helps soothe and prevent it getting worse.

Spidervein zapping at a salon is the only way of getting completely rid of them.
To cover up for now, get the Collection 2000 concealer (get a few to mix if needed to ensure you get the perfect colour) and dab on with makeup sponge on affected areas.
