I have had a foot injury earlier this year and am still in pain on and off. I can absolutely not war any heels not even chunkier ones.

For example this heel height is out of the question

This is as high as heels can be but the soles of these are too hard so hurt my foot.

I wear jeaggins and skinny jeans and dresses along these lines

For some reason my kindle won't load the Clarks pages today, so I can't view your links..but I would have a look at Fly boots/shoes. They can have a slight heel (but a wedge, not a stand alone heel) - but - they feel flat when you wear them, but are incredibly comfortable and supportive..I could walk all day in them and never get sore feet.

I have these type:

And these. Both a dream to wear.

I like them YesIDidNameChangeForThis especially the second pair. they would go well with skinnnies too. Quite £££ but maybe worth the investment, the second pair is a Gore Tex material, which is great.

Could i bump for stylish & arch supporting trainer ideas and possibly some smarter footwear for the office?

You need enbrogue.

Trainers wise I think it's a case of try them on to see, they vary a lot in arch support and width.

For work get some chelsea boots, smart and practical.

For shoes lots of places do lovely flats, I'm guessing your budget is in the Clarks range? I think they do excellent quality for the price but it might be worth looking at Dune or COS or Jigsaw.

Am just 40 and recovering from hip replacement so comfortable shoes are all I can wear!
Using Skechers leather shoes
www.skechers.com/en-gb/style/14736/skechers-go-step-lite-mystic/bbk
These ones are amazing, I have been able to stand for 3 hours without agonising pain and they are so light that it doesn't aggravate my new hip.

Deadheadstickeronacadillac · 25/10/2018 13:20

PS I wear them with Hobbs dresses and suits and they still look really smart.

YesIDidNameChangeForThis · 25/10/2018 14:07

Yes, they are a bit pricey, but they last a long time, and are really worth it..I don't buy many expensive things (because I can't afford them) but these I make an exception for.

I had to reluctantly enter the world of "sensible shoes" a few years ago too, I second Deadheads - Skechers are ace, I have shoes, boots and trainers. Fitflop shoes though fugly are good as well. I have some lovely smart ballet flats and sandals for work from Next's Forever Comfort range, they do boots as well. Proper trainers (as opposed to fashion) I have Asics.
