I want to get my teeth straightened and am thinking about getting one of these braces.

Has anyone had one and can they recommend anywhere in the Liverpool and surrounding area please?

TIA

I've had Invisalign, I'm in Hampshire though. It worked well for me although to be honest there were times when I wished I'd just had traditional metal braces. Yes you can take them out to eat and drink but only for a total of 2 hours every 24 hours. They're not really invisible either, plus you have little attachments on your teeth which can be noticeable. I'm pleased with the result but not sure they're worth the extra cost. Find your self a good orthodontist as well, you can get them with a cosmetic dentist but they may not have the experience or knowledge of an orthodontist.

Thank you. I am going to see a few. See who I like the feel of when I'm there.

Good idea. Ask lots of questions. Hope you find someone you like.

I had Invisalign, down in south London though. But honestly I recommend it 100%. I paid about £2000 for mine and I can genuinely say I'd have paid a lot more if I'd known what a massive difference it would make to how I feel and how good my teeth look. It's been 4 years now and I still wear a retainer at night to keep them perfectly straight. I love my teeth :)

Take a look at The Invisible Orthodontist website. They will show who is in your area. The Invisalign website also have a doctor locator to find local providers.

I'm an Orthodontist (not in your area) and the majority of my patients are astounded by the difference a confident smile can make. They love the results!

Happy to help if I can.

I've put my details into the Invisible Orthadontist so I will wait and see what they say.

I had it around 8-9 years ago and totally recommend it. My teeth weren't too badly out of line so I was a fairly easy case, but they looked even better than I expected (I wasn't fussed about my bottom teeth being crooked but it made more difference than I thought it would.

The flexibility of being able to take them out worked for me - and I'm sure I had them out often more than the recommended two hours/day. if you have a job that means this might be practical for you (e.g. giving presentations) this can be helpful - it just might mean your progression is a little bit slower. I was in London too at Holborn Dental Centre so can't help on specifics up North i'm afraid
