'Black tie' wedding - what on earth does one wear for this?

also, I always wear a camisole/vest top underneath for more security

Full skirt (to balance norks) from Monsoon/LA/Hobbs/Debenhams sale (monochrome pattern could look v stylish, or plain black), black or white camisole and you are done.

yes cardi and shoes match
wore them previously with a cream skirt from Coast which no longer fits

So am I okay to wear mostly black?
