Fake tan that’s quick to do and won’t transfer!

Hello knowledgable lovelies!

As the weather changes, my skin is getting paler by the day and I definitely look and feel better bronzer! I’ve used St Tropez for years and am a fan of the 3-hour express tan BUT...with a toddling, non-sleeping 1-year old, I don’t have 10 minutes let alone 3 hours to let tan develop and then wash off! So I’m looking for a tan or gradual tan that’s quick and easy to do (and not patchy, of course) that, particularly importantly, won’t transfer onto the baby (who I’m still breastfeeding).

Thanks all! 😊

I've been using these drops (isle of paradise or something) that you mix with moisturiser and it's great. Not orange and not smudgy

Thanks new - will look this up!

Vita liberata tan range is fantastic. The best for not rubbing off after application is the instant, wash off one- I’d still recommend gloves to apply as it sinks in fast and really has to be scrubbed off hands. But once it’s on legs/whatever, it’s lovely and won’t shift.

Cocoa brown mousse.

St Moritz is great, about £3 from Bodycare, used it for years and it’s really well reviewed! Just pop it on at night and wash off in the morning, always looks lovely (on my skin anyway!)

BleakBetty · 12/10/2018 21:35

I find it doesn’t transfer too much either, although I wouldn’t cost yourself too liberally!

Garnier Summer Body, dries quickly and doesnt streak, only around £3-£4 ,i use it after a shower once a week,it looks very natural, ,i use the deep tan, as i find the lighter one needs 2 applivations to show up
Doesnt smell horrible either
I used to use the Dove one,but preferb this, and use it all year round as it looks natural

Lulusmother · 13/10/2018 11:08

St Moritz for me too !

Bondi Sands gradual tan. Gives a good colour for a gradual tan and you don’t wash it off, it doesn’t smell and dries fast, no transfer

I use L’Oréal sublime bronze- I love it! I’m in a similar position children-wise and I just shove it on after a shower every day for 2 or 3 days every week.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions - have a good few to try here! x

I’ve just started using Bondi Sands Liquid Gold Dry Oil. Didn’t think it worked to begin with but the colour develops over a few hours. Just spray and rub in. No mess or transfer Smile

The garnier spray is great. Doesn't show a colour until it develops like the mousses do though. It dries really quick too
