Hello!

Can anyone please recommend a sulphate and plastics free shampoo? I have thick wavy hair. I've used Boudicca which was nice and body shop rain forest which was good but now discontinued. Was wondering if anyone else had good suggestions. Thanks so much!

I've been using New Wash for about a month now. Not just SLS-free but completely detergent free. I don't need conditioner either. I love it but it's pricy.

I’ve just started using a new palmers cocoa shampoo, it’s proven to be good on my thick frizzy hair!

I've just bought shampoo bars from another thread if that helps. £3 each and free postage

Friendly soap shampoo bars. It took a few weeks for my hair to "transition" but I'd never go back now.

The Kerastase ones (there are different ones for different hair types - Google "kerastase sulphate free") are amazing. They smell lovely too.

Faith in Nature for price or Avalon for lovely smell!Smile
If you have a sensitive scalp the Jason one is the gentlest I’ve found.

Neals Yard do lots of lovely natural shampoos, which are excellent for sensitive scalps
