What do you use on your face in that inbetweeny fading tan stage?

I've loved just being able to get away with a bit of bronzer this summer but my tan is fading quickly and I do have redness and blemishes on my face that I need to cover in winter.

I usually wear foundation in the colder months but I'm sure it makes my spot prone skin worse so I'd like to try and keep away from it for as long as possible.

Any ideas on what to use instead? I used to use MAC powder, is there anything similar that's got buildable coverage but doesn't feel heavy to wear?

Thanks 😊

Hi have you tried Laura geller balance an brighten? It’s a cream to powder foundation you can build up? They have it on qvc always on some kind of offer! Bare minerals too! Very light and ingredients kind to skin! I use an over night facial tanner a non pore blocking one! I recommend He-shi overnight ageless balm! Leaves you with a lovely glow! I suffer with blemishes too and it does not aggravate them at all! These tanners are quite light so you can choose a light glow after one night or use it over a few nights and build it up! If tanners aren’t your thing you could always go for a B.B. style cream? Lots in boots/look fantastic/feel unique!

Bryony Blake did a good slot on This Morning about this on Friday. It’s probably on the Facebook page or website to view. There was a glow B.B. cream and some subtle tanning drops to put in your moisturiser but I can’t remember the brands.
