I am short, big boobed and size 18. I'm carrying a lot of weight to the front so basically I have no waist at all.

My upper arms and shoulders are fine and my legs are ok but I'd rather keep my middle under wraps. Bikinis are a no go.

I'm going on holiday soon and need at least one swimsuit or tankini.

I tried on a plain coloured suit with tummy control and it was ok but I need more support on the bust and I think something with colour/detail to break up the barrell-effect would be nice.

Has anyone any suggestions apart from losing weight which I am working on but realistically isn't going to make a huge difference by the end of the month.

Thanks

Honestly I would give a bikini another go, I am similar to you and my last one was a black one from Matalan who do cup sizes. I have also just bought some black boxer type bottoms as an alternative (or if I'm to lazy to have a trim).

Speedo do a more glam , less racing model. I’ve got it in black( I have your figure but taller), the bust support is great, it’s really flattering. Very stretchy hold you up fabric.
About £30 on amazon.

Look on Bravissimo!!

I'd suggest Deakin and Blue [https://www.deakinandblue.com/collections/summer-sale] but you need to be r.i.c.h.

You sound a similar shape to me op.

Thanks for the replies so far.
The Deakin ones are lovely but outside my budget.

I'll have to buy online and I'm wondering if cupsize (I wear a 38FF or G) will allow for size 18 rest of me. I am quite squishy so although a 38 is a good fit bra wise I'm not sure how accomodating a bra size suit or tankini will be.

I've never worn a bikini even when a couple of sizes smaller. Don't think I'm brave enough.

My middle is by far my worst area.

Pinkkahori I feel your pain. I can't imagine spending a hundred pounds on a swimsuit and then treating it the way I do.

Just bought one for a tenner off decathlon.

When getting my swimsuit from Bravissimo, I went up a back size but kept the same cup size. Not something I'd do when buying a bra bc I'm pretty sure it alters the cup fit somehow, but it worked for a swimsuit!

Next have a great range of bra-size swimming costumes.

I got a lovely Panache one with a built in bra it's really comfy and keeps everything in place even when I'm exercising in the hydrotherapy pool.

Order a few from Next and try them on.

Hope you have a lovely holiday
