Recommend a shop for an interview outfit

I've recently been made redundant. Alongside CV writing and job hunting I would like a cracking interview outfit.

I like Phase Eight, Coast for clean lines jumpers, tops and occasion wear. But I don't think they aren't right for this line of shopping.

I want something expensive looking, clean lines, no patterns, not overtly sexy but equally a little sexy. Anyone watching Suits? I like the blonde woman who used to be in Greys Anatomy).

I'm 5'7 and size 10, slightly triangle shape with larger shoulders than hips.

What online shops would folks recommend?

I got some great work wear from a Hobbs outlet about 4 years ago - still wearing the jackets, skirts, dresses & shoes (sadly my middle has expanded so the trousers are rather too tight now). 2 x dress/trouser/jacket/skirt and you're sorted for a good capsule wardrobe - plain tops to go underneath.

I don't mind M&S/Next either for work stuff.

Good luck with the job hunt.

I second Hobbs. You can get some good bargains on the clearance section of their website.

What sort of jobs will you be applying for?

Thanks. I'll take a look at Hobbs

I'm looking at mid/senior management, business consultant, programme manager type stuff.

The Fold: thefoldlondon.com/product-category/new-in/

Not inexpensive but the fabrics and tailoring are amazing!
