Aah how does age just creep up on you. I'm 41 always thought I looked ok maybe my age or a bit younger but lately have been noticing wrinkles much more. Fortunately ( or unfortunately depending on how you look at it!) have quite a round face so have escaped ok I think but just noticed how many wrinkles I have at the side of my eyes!! I smile a lot but just took a selfie and did a pouty pic to try and disguise them and I can still see them! V depressing! I have had a fair bit of sun during this lovely summer so I don't think that has helped as the lines are white and I'm quite tanned but I have had spf 20 on in my foundation .. maybe that's not enough. Dh also frightened me by telling me that I looked awful and patchy in uv light( we were at a kids attraction which showed it up) Have rushed out to neals yard and bought some rose oil as heard that's good and have slathered myself in it so now resemble an oily fish! Anything else I can do?

Moisturising eye cream twice a day

SPF 20 isn’t much, and it’s well-known that the amount of spf contained in makeup isn’t enough to protect you anyway - you need a separate spf cream. It sounds like sun damage, but it could also be dehydration. I’d be bumping up the water, chucking all the antioxidants (berries, orange & green veggies, healthy fats from seeds & nuts, green tea, etc....) down my neck - quitting sun exposure, investing in a hat, higher spf (I am an Aussie - we are spf mad here) and wearing reputable sunglasses with a known UV protection factor. Stop tanning. All tanning (apart from fake) is damaging your skin.
