Khaki skinnies?

Yay or nay?
I quite fancy a pair but don't have the foggiest how to wear!
I'm thinking maybe a plain white blouse/long sleeve tee and light brown/tan ankle boots?
Any other suggestions welcome!

It’s a myth that khaki goes with everything. It doesn’t. I have khaki skinny trousers (J Crew, if interested) and I find that they go best with plain navy, black or white tops or Breton type t shirts.

I have a couple of lemon coloured tops that I wear with mine (got a great pair in Oasis a few years ago, still going strong). Pastel pink can be nice with them as well. And I usually wear tan shoes/boots.

Agree nettle, I wear mine with the same combo

Thanks for replies. Will check out the J crew ones.. I hadn't thought of pink/lemon colours.
I might get a pair and experiment...then likely discard to the back of the wardrobe along with other impulse purchases!

Love khaki skinnies. I wear with: black, navy, tangerine, pink, white, bretons, black/white/grey leopard print, bright blue tops ....

Theres khaki and theres khaki though. Mine are a cooller green rather than a yellow/khaki

I think tangerine and some shades of pink are the best non-neutrals to pair with it. Depends on how green or muddy a khaki it is. It can be tricky!
