If anyone remembers I posted a couple of months ago, asking for opinions on a dress for a wedding! You guys were so lovely and gave me some much needed advice and lifted my spirits!

I'm really struggling with my weight at the moment and I've decided whilst I'm tackling that, to try and learn to love myself a bit more!

I've bought a few new bits of clothes and done my eyebrows, but I was hoping for advice on my hair. I've posted a picture, hopefully you guys can give me some ideas Smile

As I've painted over my face, please picture small blue eyes, large nose and large lips! I'm also sporting a rather large second chin at the moment (lovely!)

I don't do anything adventurous to my hair, it's always in a ponytail or bun. If I blow dry it it still looks frizzy with kinks, I either need to curl or straighten it to make it look decent (baby DD makes this difficult as I never have time/energy)

It's all one length at the moment and quite thick, condition isn't great because I very rarely get it cut.

I'd like to get it cut into some sort of style hopefully keeping the length, can anyone suggest a style good for a rectangular face?

Does anyone have any product recommendations? I'd like my hair to feel a bit more sleek and a bit less frizzy. Should I go sulphate free? Or the no shampoo method? I don't really understand that at all so if anyone could give me some more information I'd really appreciate it Smile

Just wanted to say that your hair looks lovely.

You should definitely go sulphate free, and get some layers cut in, it will get rid of the frizzy bits. (I can really see any in your pic, but will take your word for it) I had layers cut into my wavy hair and it instantly looked better.

Long layers with the shortest layer at shoulder length are very flattering.
