Permenant hair removal

Anyone ever tried this? Did it work, how many sessions did it take?

Am thinking of doing it for my legs. It would be worth it if I never had to shave or epilate again.

I've been for the first of four sessions of laser hair removal. It's a bit early to tell what the final results will be but I'm impressed so far! I had my full leg and bikini line done, and most of my b/line hair has already fallen out.
It's 10 weeks between sessions, so you might have to hang around for the best part of a year before I can fill you in on the final results!!

Is it expensive?

Yeah, it's a real bank-breaker! And from what I can work out, the better the laser, the more expensive is.
If you have the top-of-the-range laser, it's painless and you need fewer sessions - but it costs more per session. The slightly older laser isn't quite so painless and it takes more sessions - but at a lower cost per session, the overall price is about the same.

I had laser on my bikini line - one session costing £110. It's weeks ago now and there's no noticieable difference as far as I can tell - it's all grown back in all it's horrible glory . The nurses did say it might not work (my hair colour is light brown). Not sure whether to persevere but think I probably won't go back. I think it works best on very dark hair and pale skin, and even then takes a long time.
