Composite bonding to improve smile :D

Just wondering if anyone had composite bonding done to improve the appearance of their teeth?
Mine are straight (thanks to years with braces as a teenager) but the two teeth next to my two front teeth are much shorter than my two front teeth (maybe 3mm) so I rarely show my teeth when I smile and even when I do you can only really see the two front teeth. I need to do something about it. I had been considering veneers for a long time but have just found out about composite bonding. From looking it looks like I can just have those two teeth bonded to be made longer and maybe a bit on the two front ones to give them a straighter edge. Has anyone had anything similar? How much did it cost? Are you pleased with the results?
Places near me are quoting £100-£175 per tooth.

Not quite the same but I had a tooth with wear near the gum and the appearance was bothering me
The dentist did bonding on it, v quick and it's an exact match and you can't even tell it apart. Really impressed

I had spaces in my teeth.
Wore a brace as an adult but didn't wear my night retainer enough so my teeth moved again.
My dentist filled gaps with composite bonding best thing ever!

Just be careful when biting things like an apple.

I have the exact same problem. My front 2 teeth are big, but the ones on either side are much smaller. I'm in the US, but my dentist has told me that veneers would be the way to go. She said that with the size difference, I could very easily end up chipping/ breaking the bonding off IYSWIM. It really bothers me too. I just don't want to have to do veneers either because of the cost here.

There are some useful videos on You Tube about composite bonding.
It is my teeth either side of my front teeth that I have done. I have them done just over a year and no problems.
Compared to veneers the cost was minimal and there is no damage to my actual tooth.

I have this on chipped front tooth but it has needed repeating a couple of times over about the last 3 years as chips off. Def no biting into anything hard, crusty bread, apples etc

Does this help crooked teeth? My dentist told me the only thing that would help me is Invisalign, but that was a while back, and may well have been before corporate bonding was heard of?

I've got a composite veneer on the tooth next to my front one. Had it done privately about 4yrs ago and it was £100+ consultation fee (about £50?). Its lasted brilliantly, had one tiny repair after I chipped it- you couldn't see the chip but I kept catching my tongue on it. Planning another for a discoloured tooth (from root canal) when funds allow!
