Non crunchy hair product to enhance waves/curls

Looking for a hair product to enhance natural waves in my shortish hair and DD's long hair, which dries without feeling crispy & crunchy and preferably can be used when air drying hair.

I usually blow dry my hair straight but it's too much hassle in hot weather and looks too "done". Hair is naturally wavy but not necessarily in a good way Angry - might be hoping for the impossible but would love to make it look more tousled.

DD's hair goes wavy/curly in very damp weather - she wants it to look like this all the time!

Thanks in anticipation.

Meant to say if your looking at Trepadora they do travel sizes which are a bit cheaper.

Gardai I was coming on to say Trepadora - their products are a bit more expensive but I find they last for ages. I use their berry gel & my curls have never looked better

I’ve just ordered that @ComeOnGordon !
Yep they are pricey but given they are natural and they actually work saves money as I’m not buying extra shite. Sometimes I use a bit of Aveda serum on the ends but I’m mega frizzy, so I was hoping the berry gel might help instead.

@gardai I’m glad you took my recommendation Smile I also like suppprting them - as you said it’s a natural product free from everything and they’re a small company who need us to spread the word about how good their products are. I’ve been using them for about 18 months now.

Thanks, like the sound of the Trepadora products.

Superdrug have a new brand called noughty the product is called wave hello it’s a curl cream you put through wet hair and air dry or use hairdryer and honestly it’s amazing. I have super curly hair and it looks defined and stays nice- I use it on my daughter too who has looser curls and it’s brilliant.

Revlon Curly Orbital - it's brilliant. I've used lots of different ones but this gives fab soft but defined curls.

If you brush your hair once the product has dried and then apply a smoothing serum this removes the crunchiness and gives you soft waves

ComeOnGordon · 27/07/2018 05:25

I would never brush my curly hair and definitely not when it’s dry. It would completely damage the curls

Boots own brand cheapy mousse. Metallic blue can usually on the floor shelf. Can't remember exactly price but less than 2 quid. No crunch and gives my monster bush shiny curls
