Crocs of course - they truly are a crime against footwear and Radley bags (what is with that stupid dog?)

Grown women should realise neither of the above are stylish. So there

Anyone think of anymore crimes to add to the list?

i used to be a restaurant managers and the chefs cloggs were just cheaper versions of crocs.

they looked sh*t too

laneydaye · 27/05/2007 15:57

ooh me too on baker boy caps...

VeniVidiVickiQV · 27/05/2007 15:57

crocs are regulation hospital wear...

I really dont like them and they are Just Not Flattering on anyone.

I can see the appeal for children though ie washable/wipe-clean shoes....I wouldnt get my DD a pair of crocs though...too expensive for plastic shoes. Might buy her some gumbies though

mumemma · 27/05/2007 15:58

I don't get Radley bags either but apparently they are the top selling bag brand in the UK - how did that happen?

DrNortherner · 27/05/2007 15:58

Chefs clogs are for tossers though are they not? My dh is achef a would not be seen dead in clogs.

me too - like baker-boy hats.

But, you have to be able to pull off wearing a hat, and I can you see......

Mercy · 27/05/2007 15:59

Short sleeved jackets, seem to be quite a few in M&S atm

oh dear

RosaLuxembourg · 27/05/2007 15:59

Looked at the Radley link - ugh! There don't seem to be a lot of them round my way for some reason. Ladies in this area tend to shop at Milletts mostly.

Dogsby · 27/05/2007 15:59

shes a spiv

lissie · 27/05/2007 16:00

lol, it tends to be commis chefs who wear them. by the time theyre promoted the bloody things are in the bin

laneydaye · 27/05/2007 16:00

pmsl at the m&s link.....ooh no

DrNortherner · 27/05/2007 16:00

vvv you are right, I have not seen one woman in crocs and thought 'ooh she looks lovely'

OP posts:
Dogsby · 27/05/2007 16:00

you look at ehr and LUAGH

most of them are very fat tbh

scatterbrain · 27/05/2007 16:00

That M&S mac is so FUNNY - it looks like someone was angry with you and chopped the rest of your mac off !!! How could you take anyone wearing that seriously ??

DrNortherner · 27/05/2007 16:01

OK, defending the short sleeved jacket as I have one. Tis very useful.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 27/05/2007 16:01

Why do you call them Havaianas? they are just flip-flops, arent they?

DeviousDaffodil · 27/05/2007 16:02

That M&S mac is just awful.
How fab does Mylene look in her bikini on the new ads though?

lissie · 27/05/2007 16:02

i quite like cropped sleeve jackets!

not that one tho

binker · 27/05/2007 16:13

they are flip flops but they are Havaianas cos that's the make and I think,in my long experience of flip flop wearing, that they are quite superior !

binker · 27/05/2007 16:14

by the way, loathe short sleeved jackets - they are middle aged lady at a wedding wear (and I wouldn't wear one)

Blondilocks · 27/05/2007 17:11

Radley bags just look sooo plain.

Don't like crocs

or the summery dresses which look nice on the hanger then when you try them on they seem to have far too much excess fabric in the stomach area that makes you look pregnant despite being very much not.

TinyGang · 27/05/2007 17:17

I hate dresses over trousers - looks like Jar-Jar Binks.

StripeyKnickersSpottySocks · 27/05/2007 17:18

I like Radley bags - but only the ltd edition season bags. I have a great one with a dog driving a racing car, not plain at all.

Don't understand uggs, or jelly shoes or the trend for girls having jeans so low I can see most of their knickers. Saw someone wearing jeans the other day which were half way down her bum. And blokes who wear jeans so low you can see their pubes [vom emotion]

DrNortherner · 27/05/2007 18:03

at thought of a bag emblazoned with a dog riding a racing car.

Sorry
