Recommendations for anti-humidity hair spray for fine hair?

Just that really! I've been googling but they all seem to be "anti frizz." My hair has never gone frizzy in its life - the issue is that although it's thick, i.e., lots of it, my hair is really fine. And very straight. It can be curled with a wand really quite tight, but any hint of damp in the air and the curls drop.
Please recommend some kind of product to help! TIA

ColourWow Dreamcoat Supernatural Spray. Is amazing. I used it for a festival recently and my fringe (short and blunt) stayed perfect despite my hair being naturally curly and fluffy!

I think I read your post wrong! Dreamcoat is amazing for keeping humidity prone hair smooth, not for curls haha.

I have similar hair and found the John Frieda Moisture Barrier one to be really good. I also put some mousse in my hair before drying if I’m planning to curl my hair and that helps them hold longer.

It's ok Shabooms - it's good to get a response!!
ShoesAndFood- I will Google that...

Wella Glam mist - it has worked quite well to keep my hair straight and shiny in the heat, not overly pricey either from ebay.

NigellasGuest · 08/07/2018 14:31

@littleHen84 Would that work for the opposite reason, i. e., keep naturally straight hair wavy?

I imagine so i do occasionally have wavy hair and it works so i would assume so,i think it was £12.99 for quite a large tin from ebay,i am often disappointed with products and clothes but this is seemingly good Smile

I use Lee Stafford Dehumidifier Spray - I have fine hair and use it when it's very hot and very cold. It certainly helps.

Have bought the John Frieda despite reviews saying it makes hair go like straw but I take things with a pinch of salt! So far it feels fine. Might give the Lee Stafford a try too. Thanks for recommendations!
