Baggy baps!

I didn’t know what catergory to post this 🙈
Basically since having children (4 daughters) my boobs have disappeared. I never had big boobs anyway, I was a B cup now I barely fill a A cup due to the shape, they look like little deflated balloons. Bras are uncomfortable, literally feel like I’m falling out so I wear bralets or crop tops. Sometimes I don’t care other times I just cry over it, I’m quite happy with my figure after having kids but my saggy boobs just make me so self conscious. We go on holiday in a couple of weeks and I’m so worried about what I’ll look like in a bikini top (hate swimming costumes) I’ve even avoiding going shopping for one.
Is anyone else part of the itty bitty titty club?
Is there anything you can do other than surgery (I know there isn’t but someone might have a solution)
I don’t wanna wear push up bras or fillets, the size doesn’t bother me as much as the shape, there is there nothing above nipple. If they were small but round I’d be ok but saggy and tiny ain’t working for me 🙈
I don’t really know what I wanna hear, I just wanna maybe know I’m not the only one 😢
I’m usually quite body confident and don’t care but lately I’m finding more and more issues with myself xx

I hear you!! I always had small, but pert boobs, which was fine with me. After two kids and breastfeeding etc., they weren't as perky, but still okay. Last year I lost two stone by getting back in to exercise and I genuinely wish I hadn't bothered. I would happily have my wobbly bingo wings and tummy back if my boobs would come back too! I have ZERO breast tissue (I know this because I've even gone to see a surgeon), but quite a bit of saggy skin. It's vile. I have a chest like a saggy 12 year old boy! I thought losing the baby weight would improve my confidence, but in many ways it's done the opposite. I can't bear for my husband to touch them so our sex life has just disappeared!

On a positive note, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the padded bikinis/swimming costumes. I avoided padding and chicken fillets but embrace them now! Don't worry about how you'll look on holiday - have fun and just think f@ck it. Everyone else will be too worried about their own body hang-ups to notice your baps - I guarantee it!

Weight loss was how I ended up like this too! I lose weight very easily (it’s not always a good thing) I really struggle to put weight on!
Like you, I don’t mind small boobs as long as they have a shape.
I’m glad I’m not the only one though, I feel like a lot of women end up with bigger boobs after having babies and there’s me left with nothing.
Putting bikinis on don’t usually bother me but my boobs got worse since having my youngest 10 months ago and it’s a big family holiday we are going on and my 21 year old sister in law and 24 year old cousin will be there, all still with perky boobies! I hate feeling so jealous but I’m sure when I’m there I will just feel f@ck it.
Thank you for making me see I’m not the only one, really helps! Xx

There are bralette type of bikini and swimsuits dont go for the bandeau or bra type.

Hi Betty, after I had my youngest my boobs were like deflated balloons for long time, they were large but not firm and felt empty. Gradually they filled out and aren't too bad these days! I'd say yours may still plump up with a bit of time. And if not, embrace the padded bras/bikinis!
