Anything worth looking out for in the Boden sale tomorrow?

I remember when it used to be so exciting.

Im looking for jacket ive been looking for a Summer jacket since January. An everyday one but not so casual i cant wear it on an evening. I probably need two. Its hard with 38Fs sometimes to get the right shape.

Boden not Biden obvs.....

Its terrible isnt it? It all looks ancient

just checked it out and it looks like its aimed at the older person, I was looking for a top for my 25 year old son and noticed all the tops were being modelled by a man in his late 60s so it put me off. Also the before prices are so over the top, think I will stick to other stores.

Is it the Richmond trousers people like?

I have Richmond capris and they are great. Just the right amount of stretch!

They only have the patterned ones reduced im not sure im brave enough!

I just got a chino skirt and cardigan in the end. The shorts were nice but just looked too short. Bloody cheek adding the postage on.

I used to buy lots of mini-boden for my dc in the sale and loved the polka dots / stripes and flowers. They are too big for it now. I still like the womenswear and have worn it for years but dd tells me the stuff I'm wearing is 'frumpy'. I like the colours and designs though I do wonder if it's being aimed at older age groups now?

They tried to modernise i thought but its lost its way. The boys trunks are £13 plus, who pays that for swimmers? Its ridiculously expensive. Too many jersey dresses as well. They dont seem to use any other material

I love the look of the Sybil shirt dress but 100% polyester puts me off a bit....

I really like the chino skirt in navy so im keeping it. Also the scarf is gorgeous. The rest has gone back.

I used to buy loads in the sale but it all seems to have changed now and not for the better, or maybe I'm too old now, I did buy some bits from Seasalt sale instead, I think it must be my age so not sure who Boden is aimed at now.
