Eyebrow help please

I'm after some help regarding eyebrows please. I'll keep it as brief as possible.
Until January this year I had only ever got my eyebrows threaded, which hurt me a lot and my eyes watered to the point I couldn't see. But I always assumed waxing would feel like getting your skin pulled off literally, so said I'd never try it. Anyway between getting them done I left them as I hated having it done (and struggled to find anywhere decent that does it).
In January I started getting my malls done in a different beauty salon. The ladies are all lovely, and one day I mentioned my eyebrows. She said she could wax them. I had my doubts but as she's brilliant I tried it. I couldn't believe how much quicker and pain free it is (first wax was just a tidy up to get me used to it, then the second time she shaped them properly). No watery eyes, and my skin barely goes red now I'm used to the wax. I go every 3-4 weeks to get them done.
But my actual question is about between my appointments. The stray hairs that crop up, particularly at the bottom. I do not want to tweeze them myself, I'll leave the removal to the expert. Someone said that concealer can be used to cover the stray hairs. Is this true? I never ever wear any makeup at all, and haven't got a clue what I'd need to buy or how to apply it. So I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on if that would work, what I'd need to buy (not too expensive ideally), and exactly what I'd need to do? Thank you.
