Looking old - where to start??

I am nearly 39 and starting to look my age. I'm feeling pretty crap about it and wondering what is the most effective thing I can do to look fresher and nicer and maybe feel a bit better about myself. Should I go for Botox?? Would subtle lip fillers make me look better?? My lips aren't super thin but not full. I have 11's and some forehead lines. My hair is very flat. I'm sad. Sad

For me I had azzalure (like Botox)
In forehead and 11 lines and it made a huge difference
Also using a skin oil, having some early nights, changing up my makeup all helped
I'm 34 but I had 4 months of severe pain that showed, I was grey with pain and developed frown lines really quickly

Oh and teeth! Get a good hygienist clean and maybe whitening. I treated myself to zoom when I quit smoking

I went to the hygienist this morning!! I had my teeth straightened a couple of years ago and they are ok really. I think it's hair and face that need work...
I also need clothes as I've finally finished bf baby 3 and definitely not having any more.

Watching with interest. I’m also 39 with 3 young children and feel like I’ve aged almost overnight!

I'll see if this works
Before pain, after pain (that's only months difference and you can see the forehead lines!) and after Botox

That definitely looks like a nice subtle but fresher result- are you happy with it? I think that's what I need - just a bit of a 'well rested but not obviously surgically enhanced' sort of look!!

Really happy, it took a few days to work but it wasn't obvious at all. The woman was a doctor in a&e and reassuring, and she said she would start with a little and I could come back if I wanted more
I know some people are ok with line, I am but these appeared so quickly and weren't sort of natural ageing ones

I got a Foreo (silicon cleansing brush and facial massager). I use it once a day for a minute or two. It’s had an amazing effect on fine lines and creases. I got it to help with pore size/occasional breakouts, but I’ve been amazed by how much it’s worked on lines. I think the muscles in your face get set in a habitual pattern and that causes lines- the massaging action sort of resets the pattern.

This looks promising.

I'm already using glycolic acid toner and adapalene (Differin) - I think my ageing has progressed beyond the help of topical treatments now Sad.
