Red, dry, eczema skin on legs - any magic cover up?

I've awful skin on my legs and permanent rashes from severe eczema. Really dry obviously. So I avoid spray tanning at any cost. I have (when it's mild) mixed some foundation and moisturiser together and rubbed on, which works but doesn't last. Can anybody recommend a product that evens out skin tone or hides redness that's not heavy to apply, won't stick to dry skin and suitable for sensitive skin?! Pic attached of my calves for example. I'm going on holiday Monday and would love a little more confidence in shorts/bikinis. #desperate

Have you tried a body Foundation? Mac do one that might be suitable.

Hopefully someone else has a few other ideas.

Have a lovely holiday.

This Works Perfect Legs. Use your normal moisturiser first, leave it half an hour or so or until you no longer feel greasy, then apply. I have very sensitive skin and eczema and don't react to this.

Sorry should say it's a tanning product that builds up over a few days so you need to start soon.

I've managed to successfully use Palmers cocoa butter gradual tanning moisturising lotion over eczema patches on my lower legs, but only when the skin isn't broken and in very thin layers.

But just realised it's tomorrow you're going! A couple of days in the sun (and sea?) will help your skin massively. Nobody will be looking at your calves anyway!
