Facial steaming

Does anyone on here do facial steaming? If if so have you noticed any difference in your skin since doing it? How long and how often do you do it for? I'm nearly 30 and still get break outs and have quite large pores so if anyone could recommend anything that would help I'd be really grateful Smile

I don't as I'm too worried about burst blood vessels! Not a good look for me (I easily blush).

I have spots that return in the same place every 6 weeks.
I bought pro activ 3 weeks ago and they've gone away without any spot cream just using the 3 step system..

And pores & scars have reduced x

Thanks for your replies.
I didn't realise steaming could cause blood vessels to burst Shock
I'll have a look into the pro active thanks.

I'm not 109% sure Op but I know any overly hot temperatures and I'm as red as a berry, I just do not want to risk it! 😡< me in the heat! 🤣

109% ???
I found this on google
;What are the causes of broken capillaries?
Broken capillaries are usually caused by something excessive. This could be excessive force, ie. when having a facial treatment carried out by someone who applies too much pressure, or excessive sun exposure, for example. Using extremely hot water to “steam” the face is an incredibly common cause of broken capillaries in Irish women. At-home, DIY facial steaming is not skin-friendly unless you are a professional – simple as. ;
And apparently harsh facial scrubs!
