It's time to get my milk bottles out god help us

Just seen an ad for Dove gradual tanner.........looks lovely but is it any good.

My skin is pale. I use Rimmel Sunshimmer, which gives a lovely colour, but washes off in the shower.

Would like to try something that builds and stays for a bit longer!

Sorry, meant to say it is so light it should suit someone who wants a very light colour!

I managed to get hold of some of the original Dove gradual tan light-medium as I'm naturally pale & it's really good. I tried the medium-dark & that's gone a bit patchy/orangey round my ankles/wrists so I'll be scrubbing that off & going back to the light-medium!

keeponkeepinon I get better at it as the summer goes on but yes, there will almost certainly be a streaky day at the start. Sometimes I try mixing fake tan with moisturising body lotion, that can be good practice leading up to the full tanning stage. Smile

God forbid I shave my legs too, that's too many plates to spin. The epilator is the fake tanner's friend.

I just bought some Bondi sands oil yesterday and am impressed. Obviously only used it once and can notice a difference this morning. No streaks. Smells of coconut. Other gradual tanners I've used before like Dove haven't made any difference.

Ive been using the bondi sands, 4 days of applying once a day and I have a good colour. Plus I swim every other day and it hasn’t run/streaked at all. Very impressed, no real smell and I definitely don’t smell like fake tan all the time.

Yes, dry oil. Not sure about full colour on day one. Def a difference but I'm hoping it will get darker the more I do.

The Palmer's one only needs applying once or twice for a deep tan. I'm stocking up!
