Cosmetic injections or procedures that might help this face!!

It's been a tough 12 years and now the strain is showing on my 45 year old face. I have a little money to spare and would like to spend it on me for a change. So, what procedures should I be looking at?? Main problem area is between my eyes I have a very deep crease on one side. I've had Botox there a couple of times about 9 years ago and it worked well. I've always had a heavy brow line but now it seems to be dropping (or my eyes sinking, not sure which 😂) and my eye look like they are being squashed by my forehead! Is there something more effective than Botox now that would work to "lift" my brow?

The other truly bothersome area is the corners of my mouth that have started drooping down, so I look permanently cross - even when I'm not!

Couple of photos attached to illustrate the issues Grin

I’m a similar age to you and my forehead and eyes are similar to yours. I’ve had Botox on my forehead and glabella lines and the effect is quite good. My forehead lines haven’t disappeared completely, so I don’t have that shiny smooth look so many celebs have. However, they look better than before and are much less noticeable. I’m more interested in them not becoming worse rather than them disappearing completely. I didn’t have lines on my glabella but my eyelids were really quite hooded and the doctor said that botox in both areas would help to lift my eyebrows slightly whilst also relaxing the lines on my forehead. She said it’s quite a tricky balance to achieve (so only go to somebody very experienced!). It cost £200 for both areas. I don’t have a huge amount of Botox and always have some movement. The downside is that it only seems to last for about three months.

A fringe? Your lips are nice.

Sorry, I should’ve added that my eyes are significantly less hooded than they were before!

I agree your lips are nice. Just a touch of botox would get the lines you don’t like sorted. Maybe spoil yourself with some nice lipstick and balms?

Soft fringe rather than the forehead exposing one you have now. Nothing wrong with your mouth, at all 😊

I dunno, if your light wrinkles really bother you then there is always botox which is quite effective but tbh it's expensive and you need to keep up with it every 4 or 5 months. It's quite an expensive commitment.
Your lips look fine and that little downward bit is just what happens. Injectable fillers are painful and I didn't find it nearly as effective as I thought it would be. Waste of money.

I think you're best off getting a good haircut, good makeup and keeping your head held high instead of chasing youth.

A fringe is a brilliant solution - softens the face anyway and looks youthful. You have nicely shaped lips.

Thanks all Smile. I think the photo I shared doesn't really show how droopy my brow is because I cropped my eyes out to avoid anyone IRL recognising me. The crease between my eyes is very deep and that is how it looks with a normal relaxed face (not frowning). I'm not so bothered about the horizontal forehead lines. I know a brow lift would sort it once and for all but I'm way too cowardly for anything like that. Anyway, sounds like Botox if done correctly could help with both the line and the drooping.

Another photo attached of mouth area which shows side droopiness more clearly.

I've never had a fringe as always assumed one would look horrendous on me (quite round face) but maybe it would look better than the wrinkles Grin. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to my hair it has to be said.

If you google Botox down turned mouth, the before and afterwards pics are quite amazing. It's something I'm thinking about. It else's the muscles which pull down the corners.
