Haven't got time to visit hairdressers to get my hair cut before my hols and hair (medium length, fairly straight and thick) is kind of frizzy. Can anyone recommend me a nice product to make my hair sleeky and shiny, sub £5.00. Had a look in Boots and was frankly intimdated by the range of stuff on offer, I don't even own hairspray

If you're going abroad look out for Sebastien Laminates Drops hair serum. It's amazing stuff, very longlasting too but costs twice the price in the UK than in the USA, assuming other countries might also be cheaper than UK.

Good luck for your scan!!

i suppose i only started ttc in feb/march so its not actually that long at all...

Furrymummy · 12/05/2007 18:57

I'm guessing it's not under £5 then , do you think they will sell it in duty free?

The Frizz Ease serum stuff - it works miracles on my hair. I actually wonder how on earth I managed without it for so long.

Ooopsydaisy · 12/05/2007 19:01

kerastase shampoo and conditioner

a bit pricy but last for ages

i've used for 8 years and never never ever use any other products on my hair

Try a pre-conditioning with coconut oil (approx £1 in superdrug). Leave in for an hour or so before washing. Seemed to help my frizz (DH described it as 'shrub-like' before conditioning and he meant it as a compliment ).
