Help me find an outfit - wedding guest, would like sleeves, a skirt that disguises my post c section overhang and that I can breastfeed in... please?

I may be looking for the impossible but thought I’d ask and maybe one of you lovely people will be able to help!

A close friend is getting married in September which is v exciting. It is quite a formal do - will definitely need a hat. I would love some help with an outfit please!!

I have just had DC2 who will be just under 5 months by the wedding. I’m short (5ft 2), chunkier than I would like (only a few weeks pp so currently living in size 14 leggings and vest tops). I may have lost some weight by then but will probably still have large boobs and will definitely still have a saggy belly with a small overhang (after two c sections the best I am going to be able to do is tighten that up a little, it’s going nowhere). I don’t like my upper arms much - I get bad eczema on them and have some unattractive scarring so will want sleeves all day to keep them covered. I would prefer a dress with sleeves to having to have a jacket or cardi on alll the time.

I am pretty likely to still be breastfeeding. I love this dress but can’t feed in it and it is also dearer than I can really afford/justify on mat leave (the wedding isn’t local so we will have hotel and travel costs too) - www.notonthehighstreet.com/nancymac/product/1940s-style-sleeved-day-dress-in-a-rich-currant-crepe?istCompanyId=aa76f5e6-d733-4e56-8409-574cea196cc9&istItemId=xmxqaxtlir&istBid=t&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI46yLovu52gIVbbvtCh2nZAtREAQYBSABEgI8ofD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CNy8hqz7udoCFUcSGwodJpkNxQ

I have dark hair and really like jewel colours (I suit emerald, burnt orange, deep purple etc etc, I don’t really suit pastel colours too well, tend to look washed out) and would also love thoughts on a hat or large fascinator and low heeled shoes please (need to be able to chase after toddler DC1). Would prefer not to spend more than about £70 or £80 on the dress but would stretch for something I can also get use of in a formal office context (I can wear colour for work, especially darker colours), I may have suitable shoes already (I have a lot of sensible black court shoes and would happily invest in a nude pair if someone can recommend a comfy pair), and would consider either buying or renting a hat (we have a good hire place quite nearby) so thoughts on style without worrying too much on budget would be good.

Thanks in advance!!

There's a Facebook group called Can I breastfeed in that (or something very similar), half the posts were wedding/christening outfits last time I was on I so you might get a few ideas there.

Ooh thank you all! Goose - I’d Never have thought of marks but that is nice! Off to search now drum and versus that site is brilliant!! Sleeves, and clothes that from the pictures obviously fit slightly bigger women (hurrah!!) AND all in budget. Genius!

Great! Elsies Attic and Joanie clothing also worth a look - any vintage(ish) style websites tend to have good options in flattering and with sleeves!

Wrap dress! With vest underneath if you have a lot of cleavage.

There are loads in Hobbs at the minute with sleeves, and I pair mine with vests from Uniqlo (lots of colours, but plain design).
