Best bra for saggy boobies after breastfeeding

Hi can anyone recommend a good bra for boobs which have lost their fullness along the top after breastfeeding 2 babies? I currently wear panache ones but not really filling the top of the cups. Size 32F. Thanks!!

I too would like this information.

I have the same problem... went from nice round 32D to a kind of flat version Blush - same cup size underneath but no fullness on top.

I've ended up wearing strapless bras from Primark Shock They call them multiway or something and they're about £3 each. Good t-shirt finish, non pointy shape. 32B is my best fit so down a couple cups but doesn't cut in at the side. Not having straps that dig in and fall down is a bonus.

So who knows why these fit me or if they'd be good for you too but at £3 maybe worth a try!

I wear the boux avenue moulded cup t-shirt bras, they make my saggy old boobs look like they used to . If only there were a similar solution for the rest of my saggy old body!

digestivate · 13/04/2018 21:23

Ooh thanks will give them a try! I thought about trying balconette (sp?!) but don't think they'd work well under tshirts...

my boobs are like two of those string bags ☹️

Waterlemon · 13/04/2018 21:41

Are you sure you’re still wearing the right size?

I think it’s all trial and error sadly.

I find fantasie the most comfortable and flattering for me. Freya also give me a nice shape but the wire cuts in under my armpits every single time sadly.
Panache don’t seem to have enough support for me. I avoid bras where the cup is made from a single piece of fabric (I think a lot of panache are like this) and go for a full cup where possible. Balcony styles also don’t flatter me anymore.

I have treated myself to Rigby and Peller, a few times over the years and have loved the shape their bras give me, but I can’t justify the cost to shop in there more often.

I was measured recently, I am losing weight (although v slowly) so will get remeasured when I reach my target weight. The bras I'm wearing at the moment are ok, but I can't help feeling like I should be wearing something more flattering that gives me the best shape. Can you get 'half cup' bras rather than full cup?! I think something like that might be worth a go. The panache ones I have are moulded/padded and made from one piece... I feel like maybe trying down a cup size but keeping band size, but who knows. Unfortunately I can't go and try a load in due to the small children responsible for the saggy-ness!

digestivate am no way saying don't get measured but am afraid to say that with my new saggy baps I have only once fitted a bra that is my measured size Hmm... Spent a loooong time in v. expensive department store with v. helpful lady (only shop person who has ever found me a bra that actually fitted) who said herself that I would just have to try sizes up and down from what I measure... Yes to half cup, that's what she suggested and what fitted. But @ ££££££ it's not something I can now afford so am now in Primarche Grin

Try www.figleaves.com/uk/ - haven't used it images but used to be good cos you can search different styles, try balconette as well as half cup.

LadyLapsang · 13/04/2018 22:46

Nothing will equal getting properly measured / fitted. Go to Bravissimo or John Lewis and try some. Then, if you are on a tight budget, you know what you are looking for elsewhere.

Happymedicatedmama · 13/04/2018 23:23

Boob or bust on Facebook tells you how to measure yourself properly. It will probably give you a smaller band size and bigger cup than usual. Balconette is a good style to try if you lack fullness at the top

KatharinaRosalie · 14/04/2018 07:13

Yes, full cups are not the best if you have lost fullness on top. And there is a special bra style called half-cup. Check the options here - www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR1.TRC0.A0.H0.Xhalf+cup+bra+32f.TRS0&_nkw=half+cup+bra+32f&_sacat=0
the first, Fauve Maya is a massive bargain, this otherwise retails around 40.

Bananamanfan · 14/04/2018 07:21

I'm the same. Freya Deco is just about the only bra that fits me. They are around £30, which is more than I would like to spend, but I had a drawer full of badly fitting cheap bras that were a false economy. I did 'the bra intervention' too so didn't need to get measured.

KatharinaRosalie · 14/04/2018 07:26

Banana check ebay - you can get deco considerably cheaper www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR11.TRC1.A0.H0.Xfreya+deco.TRS0&_nkw=freya+deco&_sacat=0

Knittinggurl · 14/04/2018 07:30

Fantasie

They look better than they did before! (In clothes, obviously)

Bananamanfan · 14/04/2018 07:37

Thanks Katharina Smile

Panda81 · 14/04/2018 07:55

Check out boob or bust... booborbust.com

Very accurate measurements and full of advice. Their Facebook page is also great for advice

BigGreenOlives · 14/04/2018 07:59

To give you some hope, I think they settle down after you have stopped nursing & change back a bit. Mine are still heavier underneath with less tissue above the nipple but they aren’t as ravaged looking as they were a month after I finished nursing.
