Klorane is the best I've found. Light, and doesn't smell funny, and doesn't make your scalp all chalky.

What's the best ethos of use?!

I have superdrug own brand. It does the job and has a choice of scents

To give volume, I like Batiste coconut. Smells so good. If your hair is just not behaving, the Batiste 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner is great. It doesn't add much body but gives loads of silky shine and somehow my hair just hangs better when I use it. You can use it on clean hair too.

Put it on at night and then brush it out in the morning, I read somewhere that's the best way to use it. I've tried it and it seems to work better and I seem to need less.

I like the batiste tropical one. I have dark hair, but I find the one for brunettes leaves a residue and it itches, so when I scratch my head, I get it all under my nails.

I haven't tried any of the more pricey ones though.

Ok, so my hair is dry rather than greasy. My hairdresser recommended that I wash once a week and my hair is finally starting to grow. I would say the roots do get slightly oily by day 5/6 so a bit of dry shampoo may work.

Batiste original. Love the stuff. I once visited a friend for lunch and she commented how great my hair looked. I hadn't washed it in 3 weeks 😳. I guess Batiste was doing it's job!
