Body wash/cream for problem skin

My skins a nightmare at moment, I generally have dry skin (think snowfall when I take off my jeans) yet my back isn't dry and I get awful spots on back and soldiers but think this may mostly be down to not being on the pill at present.

Recently I have become concerned that I may have psoriasis had a couple of small patches on my thigh (biggest about the size of 5p) I'm going to doctors about this.

Also I have woken this morning with a awful rash all over my chest, last few days I have been using E45 and wondering if I'm having a reaction but unsure as rash is only on chest and I have been using the cream all over.

I'm looking for a oil/body wash and cream to use, what's the best for dry, rashey, sensitive skin

Give Aveeno a try- It's oat based and very soothing. You might be reacting to the E45 , might be an ingredient that irritates your skin.

I took my DD out a while ago to get something (instore , had to be immediate not online or waiting to see the GP)
Her poor little face had 2 red painful patches at the side of her mouth , hurt to move her face, very self consiious but she couldn't put make-up on, and I certainly wasn't going to put steroid cream on her.
(She's 15 and very sensitive skin)
Aveeno cream cleared it within 24 hours and felt 100% better even after first application.

I've bought her the shower wash too, its lovely.

Thank you I was wondering about aveeno I use the baby version as n my toddler

Think it prob is the e45, I also have bumps on my thighs/arms but not as bad as my chest and vaguely itch all over

I will get to Boots tomorrow and give it a try

Cetaphil is very gentle and doesn't have soap in which can really dry out and irritate the skin, a little goes a long way and they do a very light moisturiser for sensitive skin too.

E45 winds up my sensitive skin no end.

Definitely try aveeno as an alternative
