My skin on my face is so dry. What moisturiser does everyone recommend? My make up looks awful when i put it on 😢

You could try Pai Rosehip Oil at night, really good for dry, sensitive skin and not too expensive either.

I have very dry skin, what works for me is a gentle exfoliation, Dermalogica Microfoliant is very gentle and a little goes a long way. I use it once or twice a week on the scalier areas. Then I use a serum (soap and glory make yourself youthful super serum at the moment) and a good moisturiser on top. I find I sometimes do better with a night cream as a daily moisturiser than a day cream, as there often isn't enough in the day cream. It's a balance though as night creams can be very heavy.

I used hot cloth cleanser. Then Boots No7 oil and a rich night cream to clear mine.

Blue Nivea in the tub or La Roche Posay Cicaplast for when I look like my face is made of skin coloured dust. It drinks it.

In the last 6 mths, I've added a hydrating toner and it's made a huge difference to my dry skin.
It's important to use one which doesn't have alcohol or witch hazel. I like Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner but there are many others available.

Jurlique Moisture Replenishing Day Cream - the best for dry skin. Sometimes on offer on lookfantastic.com if you can find a 20% off code.

Take either a 1000g of Starflower or flaxseed oil a day. Moisturising from within really works.

Thanks everyone, ill loom at your suggestions. It always looks fine until i apply my make up 😡

I think exfoliation (gentle!) will really help. Also look at the foundation you are using, some are more moisturising than others. A moisturising primer can also help.

Thanks im off shopping to a city on Thursday so thinking of going into Debenhams or John Lewis for some foundation/primer advice
